Chad Jackson, Member at Morgan, Akins & Jackson, PLLC, along with Associate Attorney Rylie Ray, recently succeeded on a Motion for Summary Judgment following written discovery and the Plaintiff’s deposition in a landlord/tenant premises liability case. Knowing the prevailing case law before Plaintiff’s deposition, combined with admissions gained during Plaintiff’s discovery deposition, allowed Chad and Rylie to secure summary judgment without their client being subjected to a deposition.
