Parneet K. Chauhan, a Senior Associate in the New York office, is admitted to practice in New York. Prior to joining Morgan Akins, Parneet worked for an insurance defense firm where she handled general liability and automobile/transportation liability matters as well as insurance fraud claims. Parneet has over a decade of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts throughout New York on behalf of both plaintiffs and insurers.

A native of Virginia, Parneet earned her Bachelor of Arts in Justice from The American University in Washington, D.C. and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.
