Nicholas J. Cardoso, an associate in the Philadelphia office, is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Morgan Akins in 2024, he worked for two years at a mid-size firm in Bergen County, New Jersey, handling commercial litigation and employment matters including small business disputes, contract disputes, guardianship litigation, and employment counseling.

A native of southern New Jersey, Mr. Cardoso earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with summa cum laude honors, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.
