Nathan R. (Nate) Bohlander is a Partner and Chair of the National Aviation Practice Group. Nate honestly and zealously defends airlines, product manufacturers, construction organizations, commercial trucking companies, and many other business entities across a wide range of complex civil ligation matters throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey state and federal courts.
Nate is the author of the book: “Where the Rubber Meets the Road: Thirty Essential Tips for Counsel to Best Serve their Clients.” Nate serves as an arbitrator in both the Philadelphia Arbitration Center and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also volunteers his time doing pro bono work with Philadelphia VIP, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing legal representation to low-income individuals, nonprofits and businesses.
Prior to beginning his practice of law, Nate graduated from Penn State Law, as well as magna cum laude from Dickinson College.
Nate lives in the Pennsylvania woods with his wife, daughter, and golden retriever.
