Michelle Arau is an associate in Morgan Akins & Jackson’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including insurance defense, contract disputes, and declaratory judgment actions. Michelle is admitted to practice in Florida.

A native of California, Ms. Arau earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Arizona State University, and a Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law. Prior to joining Morgan Akins & Jackson, Michelle gained valuable experience working as an associate at a civil litigation insurance defense firm.
