Megan Bataille is an Associate Attorney at Morgan, Akins and Jackson PLLC where she represents clients in Workers’ Compensation.

Megan earned her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Electronic Media from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she was a member of ZTA sorority. During law school, she served as the Secretary of Communications for the OUTLaw Club and participated in Mock Trial as a witness.

Prior to joining the firm, Megan gained practical experience while working as a journalist for Knoxville news TV News stations WATE and WVLT and later Discovery Inc.

Megan is admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee and is a member of Knoxville Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association.

Outside of her legal practice, Megan enjoys mountain biking, skiing, pilates, interior design all things creative.
