Lisa A. Miller is a Senior Attorney in the Philadelphia office. She is an experienced defender of employers, self-insured companies, major insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.

She has successfully represented clients in a variety of industries, often in the defense of claim petitions based on medical causality, course and scope of employment. Many of these rendered favorable outcomes, including a large subrogation recovery in excess of $225,000.
