Kelly A. Snizavich is a Partner in our Philadelphia office.  Kelly dedicates her practice to representing employers, self-insured employers, and insurance companies in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation. In this capacity, Kelly works closely with employer representatives, adjusters, and third-party administrators for results through litigation when necessary and through fast resolution where appropriate.

Kelly has represented clients and received favorable decisions before Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania as well as the Philadelphia Civil Service Commission and Heart and Lung Arbitration panels.

In her free time, Kelly is the board president for King of Prussia Soccer Club, a youth soccer organization serving approximately 700 athletes across intramural and competitive programs. Kelly founded and implemented the club’s TOPSoccer program, offering inclusive recreational soccer for athletes with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities.
