Kate is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and attended Goodpasture Christian School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Lipscomb University and her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine School of Law. After graduating from Pepperdine, Kate was admitted to practice law in all state courts in Tennessee. She clerked for Davidson County Fourth Circuit Court Judge Muriel Robinson prior to joining the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation as a Staff Attorney.

Kate then focused her law practice in the areas of contracts, real property and real property transactions with a real estate title company in Middle Tennessee. She has over ten years of experience as a real estate attorney and office manager. It is this experience that allows her to handle all real estate related matters professionally and with confidence.

Kate is married to Brandon and they have two children, Jake and Jack. They reside in Forest Hills and are members of Otter Creek Church.
