Joseph A. Tisone is an Associate Attorney based in the firm’s Nashville office and is admitted to practice in Tennessee.

Mr. Tisone’s practice focuses on general liability, insurance-related litigation, and civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Morgan Akins & Jackson, Mr. Tisone represented policyholders in first-party property insurance disputes and previously handled construction and real property litigation matters throughout Tennessee. His experience includes negotiated resolutions and representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Mr. Tisone earned his Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University, graduating summa cum laude. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, graduating cum laude.
