David E. Goudie is a Partner based in Morgan, Akins & Jackson’s Nashville office. David has more than a decade of experience handling insurance defense matters throughout the state of Tennessee.

His practice is primarily focused on advising individuals, employers and insurance companies on worker’s compensation claims. He also has experience assisting clients with wills and estates.

David was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Franklin, Tennessee. While in law school, he served as the Research Editor for the Law & Psychology Review and as a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Society.

In his free time, David enjoys golfing, playing softball, bowling and attending Nashville Predators hockey games. David lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his family.
