Daniel J. Maher, an associate in the Philadelphia office, is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Morgan, Akins & Jackson, he worked for a year at a small litigation firm in the heart of Philadelphia, handling automobile/trucking liability, premises liability, commercial disputes, workers’ compensation, and transactional matters.

A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Maher earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Comparative Literature from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, both of which were bestowed with cum laude honors. At Temple, Dan served on the Editorial Board of Temple Law Review and interned with the Honorable Robert Coleman in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable Joshua D. Wolson in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
