Brannah C. Hamilton is an Associate based in our Lexington, Kentucky office.

Brannah earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law where she was a member of the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law and worked with the Children’s Law Center, CAT Legal Clinic, and Institute for Compassion in Justice.

Prior to attending Law School, Brannah attended Morehead State University where she obtained her dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies and History, with a minor in International Studies.

Brannah’s practice mainly focuses on the defense of insurance carriers, insurance adjusters, third-party administrators, employers and insureds in matters of insurance law, workers’ compensation and general liability. She has experience before both the state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies in the state of Kentucky.

Brannah is a proud native of eastern Kentucky. In her spare time, Brannah enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
