Abhinandan Pandhi, (“Abhi Pandhi”), is an associate based in the Philadelphia office, licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Morgan Akins & Jackson, he served as a judicial clerk for Judge Aimee R. Belgard, P.J. Civ. Div., at the New Jersey Superior Courts in Burlington County. Following his clerkship, he gained experience at Margolis Edelstein in Philadelphia, focusing on labor and employment law, construction litigation, professional liability claims, and slip and fall matters.

Originally from Chandigarh, India, Abhi earned his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (B.A.LLB (Hons)) degree from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University. He practiced as a trial and appellate attorney in Chandigarh, specializing in automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and consumer disputes for approximately five years.

In 2018, he relocated to the United States to pursue further legal education, graduating in 2021 with a Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. During his time at Kline Law School, he actively participated in the Moot Court Board and served as President of the Student Bar Association. Abhi remains involved with the law school, coaching students for the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.

Outside of work, Abhi enjoys spending time with his wife, accompanying her to the gym, and exploring new food spots and cuisines. Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, he brings a diverse perspective to his legal practice.
