After a multi-day jury trial in Fulton County (Atlanta), Georgia, Chad M. Jackson and Anne Marie du Toit convinced a jury of 12 to return a unanimous defense verdict for a national retailer. The plaintiff was seeking damages in excess of $400,000 for the alleged slip and fall at one of the retailer’s Georgia locations.
