Wendy Smith, Esquire and Alysa Talarico, Esquire (PA and NJ Offices) secured a defense win in Camden County, New Jersey on behalf a large retail business in South Jersey.  The underlying case involved a slip and fall and plaintiff underwent surgery.  After a week of presenting fact witnesses and expert testimony, a jury found in favor of the defendants.
