Chad Jackson, Member at Morgan, Akins & Jackson, PLLC, assisted by Associate Attorney Rylie Ray, recently secured dismissal of four Plaintiffs’ claims against MAJ’s client following party depositions. The Plaintiffs, who were collectively seeking up to $350,000, claimed no knowledge of the whereabouts of the vehicle they were occupying. Acting on information learned during party depositions, and after locking in testimony, Chad was able to locate the Plaintiffs’ vehicle, secure an inspection and download, and disprove sworn testimony regarding speed and other information. Upon receiving MAJ’s expert report, the Plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their lawsuit against MAJ’s client.
