Following a year and a half of litigation, Anne Marie du Toit (Senior Attorney) convinced a Georgia trial court to dismiss a negligence claim filed against a national retailer without the necessity of a trial. The plaintiff was seeking damages in the amount of $1.5 million dollars for the alleged trip and fall at one of the retailer’s Georgia locations.
