Laurie S. Finkel, a senior associate in the New York office, is admitted to practice in New York.

Ms. Finkel has experience handling all aspects of complex civil litigation. She has vigorously defended insurance carriers, property owners, construction managers and subcontractors in premises liability, general liability, construction accident/New York State Labor Law, motor vehicle, no-fault, and property damage matters. Ms. Finkel has achieved many successful outcomes for clients through settlement negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and dispositive motion practice.

A native of Long Island, New York, Ms. Finkel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Yeshiva University – Stern College for Women, and a Juris Doctor from Touro University – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
