Morgan Slade joined Morgan & Akins in 2018 as an Associate Attorney. Morgan’s practice consists largely of insurance defense and workers’ compensation law.
Morgan Slade earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2011. She attended law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2017. During her time at Loyola, Morgan served as an Editor for the International Law Review and the Journal of Regulatory Compliance.
While in law school, Morgan interned at the legal and regulatory affairs department of the Ultimate Fighting Championship in Las Vegas, Nevada. Following graduation, she clerked at Grumley, Kamin & Rosic in Chicago, Illinois. While clerking, she appeared before the state court on a jury trial and handled state and federal civil litigation matters.
