Mark T. Gallagher is a partner in the Northeast General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Departments. Mark is a former founding partner of Weber Gallagher and Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney has extensive experience counseling employers and businesses in liability and workers’ compensation matters. Mark’s legal practice entails the defense of litigants in general casualty, premises, construction and workers’ compensation matters. His valued clients include national car rental companies, property management companies, municipalities, and retail chains. Mark has years of providing quality representation, putting his clients first, finding cost-effective and creative solutions in complex litigation. His mission is outstanding client service. Mark partners with his clients’ business models and goals to create a unique approach in risk management strategies, reduction of exposure, alternative options to litigation and reduction of costs.

He is also heavily involved with his community and has served as commissioner on the Upper Moreland Township Civil Service Commission, and is on the Board of Trustees of Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania.
