A native of Springfield, Illinois, Connor Sestak joined Morgan & Akins in 2014, as an associate attorney. Connor’s practice consists largely of insurance defense and workers’ compensation law.
Connor received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University. He graduated from Purdue with a Bachelors of Science in business management. Connor graduated with highest distinction honors and was a member of the Purdue varsity baseball team. Connor received his Juris Doctorate from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2013, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Connor was a member of the Southern Illinois Law Journal and also served as an Editor for the Law Journal. He received the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts, Constitutional Law and Trial Advocacy.
While in law school, Connor served as a law clerk to Judge Patrick Kelley of the 7th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. He was also a summer law clerk with the civil defense firm Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen.
